📊 AI Fails to Beat Human Investors

Despite much hype about AI investment potential, its real world debut managing stock portfolios has failed to make everyone a millionaire 😂. But in all seriousness, 13 AI-managed ETFs have underperformed the market.

IBM's Watson-powered AIEQ has returned just 44% since 2017, compared to 93% for the S&P 500. AI will definitely improve over time but early mistakes make some investors wary to adopting it.

With even AI focused portfolios failing to capitalize on the AI boom itself, the technology's financial edge remains to be seen.
