Former Zillow exec targets $1.3T market

The wealthiest companies tend to target the biggest markets. For example, NVIDIA skyrocketed nearly 200% higher in the last year with the $214B AI market’s tailwind.

That’s why investors are so excited about Pacaso.

Created by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso brings co-ownership to a $1.3 trillion real estate market. And by handing keys to 2,000+ happy homeowners, they’ve made $110M+ in gross profit to date. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

No wonder the same VCs behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay also invested in Pacaso. And for just $2.90/share, you can join them as an early-stage Pacaso investor today.

Apple’s big plans for Siri

Apple’s AI roadmap is stretching well beyond Siri’s voice—into robots, smart displays, and home security devices, according to a new Bloomberg report. While Apple has moved slower than competitors like Google and OpenAI in releasing generative AI features, the company is reportedly building a new ecosystem centered around your home. A robotic assistant that follows you around—a kind of iPad-on-an-arm—could be in homes by 2027, featuring an animated Siri that resembles Apple’s Finder logo or Memoji, and powered by large language models. A bit like Pixar’s Luxo Jr., this device can track your movements, respond to conversation, and even dance.

There’s also a push for a new smart display similar in function to the Google Nest Hub, but with personalized interfaces enabled by facial recognition. Apple is designing the system to support multiple users and introduce a visual, interactive Siri as its centerpiece. Bloomberg notes this could ship by mid-2026, with Apple working on a dedicated OS for the device. Additional AI-powered tools are in the works too, including a wheeled robot reminiscent of Amazon’s Astro and several types of smart security cameras.

ā€œWe are still in the early innings of Apple’s AI,ā€ said Mark Gurman, who reported the story. The Verge suggests Apple is treating the home as its proving ground for embodied AI. If they succeed, it will turn passive voice assistants into active participants in daily life. For people navigating how to stay productive and creative in an AI-driven world, it’s another reminder that the "intelligent assistant" may soon have a face—and follow you from room to room.

Takeaways at a Glance:

  • Apple is developing a smart tabletop robot that follows users and features an animated version of Siri.

  • Siri is being revamped using LLMs to support more natural, visual conversations.

  • A smart home display resembling the Nest Hub is expected mid-2026, featuring multi-user support and face recognition.

  • Apple is also working on multiple home-security cameras and a robot similar to Amazon’s Astro.

  • A new operating system may tie all these devices together, creating an intelligent home ecosystem.

What We Think About It:

  • This is a shift from static voice assistants to embodied AI that engages physically and visually.

  • Apple’s slower pace may yield higher integration and privacy coherence than its rivals.

  • If successful, this could be Apple's version of ā€œiPhone momentā€ for the smart home.

What You Can Do Right Now:

  • If you're interested in where AI is headed, keep an eye on how Apple is blending smart devices with more natural, human-like assistants. It’s a good moment to imagine how AI might fit into your daily routines, not just on screens, but all around your home.
