Salesforce puts AI on the payroll
Salesforce has unveiled Agentforce 360, a new AI suite designed to automate enterprise workflows and deepen its footprint in the increasingly crowded AI enterprise market. The platform integrates with Salesforce’s existing Einstein Copilot tools and combines predictive analytics, customer data, and generative AI to let companies build their own “AI agents” that can handle complex business tasks. Agentforce 360 arrives as competition intensifies between enterprise AI platforms like Microsoft’s Copilot, Google’s Gemini for Workspace, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise.
