Big Takeaway: Yesterday, Google Cloud announced new generative AI products for retailers at the National Retail Federation conference.

The tool, “Conversational Commerce Solution,” lets retailers add AI-powered chatbots to sites and apps powered by models like PaLM. The chatbots have natural conversations tailored to shoppers' preferences via retailers' data.
Google announced the layoff of over 1,000 employees across different departments, including engineering and services.
The "CCS can create descriptions, metadata, and categorizations from just one photo and generate new product images.

Big Takeaway: Today wraps up CES 2024 AI was a massive part of companies this year, and I think it’s safe to say AI is here to stay.
