Big Takeaway: Yesterday, Elon Musk pressured the Tesla board for another massive stock award after selling shares to fund a Twitter purchase.

He demanded about 25% voting control at Tesla, or he said, “I will build AI and robotics products elsewhere.” Wow.
Elon Musk sold $40 billion in Tesla shares in 2022 for Twitter, but he still remains the biggest shareholder with 13%, but it is not enough.
This comes as Tesla struggles with their stock down amid a growth slowdown and profit margin shrinkage. But it begs the question, what is Elon doing with his AI company, xAI?
