💨 Grok Rolls Out For Premium+ 𝕏 Subscribers

Big Takeaway: Yesterday, Elon took to 𝕏 and posted that, “Grok is rolling out to 𝕏 Premium+ subscribers with the latest app release.”

  • Grok is ONLY available in the United States right now for $16 a month.

  • Answers questions conversationally, like ChatGPT drawing on similar knowledge base. But Groks unique advantage is real-time access to posts on 𝕏 to give up-to-date responses.

  • Parameters or training details of the latest LLM powering Grok, (Grok-1) have not been disclosed by xAI. But the prototype of the Grok AI model, Grok-0, was trained with 33 billion parameters.

🤖 Microsoft Introducing GPT-4 to Windows Copilot

Big Takeaway: Microsoft announced they are upgrading their Copilot chatbot with OpenAI's GPT-4 Turbo model.

  • Copilot will now be equipped with a massive 300+ page context window from GPT-4 Turbo's 128,000 token capacity

  • Bing Image Creator is also getting upgraded with OpenAI’s DALL-E 3 model and OpenAI Code Interpreter being added for functional code generation.

  • It’s interesting how Microsoft is using OpenAI’s technology (which they own 50% of) but they have no paywall. It is free to use Bing and Copilot, but GPT-4 costs $20 monthly on ChatGPT.
